"Certification took longer than I expected"
The diamond looks legit and matches the paperwork, so no real complaints there. The certification info just took longer to come through than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. Support was okay, but from their tone I got the feeling they were kind of brushing it off rather than really trying to help. Overall, it worked out, but the process could’ve been smoother.

"Zales fixed my delivery date issue fast"
My ring order was showing the wrong delivery date, so I messaged Zales support and thought it was gonna turn into a whole hassle. But nope, they got back to me quick and didn’t make me repeat the whole story over and over. The order updated the next day and everything looked right. Really happy with how they handled it tbh.

"Really good updates, though I was a little unsure at first"
I ordered a necklace from zales.com and, to be honest, I was a bit unsure at first about how the quality would be once it showed up. Buying jewelry online always makes me wonder if it’ll look as nice in person as it does in the pictures.

The updates were really solid though. I got the order confirmation right away, then the shipping emails came through without me having to keep checking the site. The tracking was easy to follow and actually matched what was going on.

It arrived when they said it would, and I felt like I was kept in the loop the whole time. I still looked it over carefully when it arrived because of that quality concern, but overall the process was smooth and reassuring. Simple stuff, but it really does make a difference.

Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous ordering jewelry online, but my necklace from zales.com turned out great. It was the right size, the style matched what I picked, and the engraving was spelled correctly. No mix-ups or surprises, which was a relief. Happy with the whole experience

I really liked that Zales was upfront about the price the whole time. I didn’t have to click through a bunch of screens just to find out what I was actually paying. The sale price, shipping, and taxes were all easy to see before checkout, and there weren’t any random fees popping up at the last second... which was a relief. "Quick resizing, but nothing too special"
I dropped my ring off at zales to get resized, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had it ready earlier than expected. It fits well now, and the staff was friendly enough when I came in. That said, the whole experience was basic, not bad at all, just not overly impressive either. Overall, I’m happy there were no issues and the ring came back fitting right.

I bought my ring from zales and ended up adding the warranty, even though at the time I wasn’t totally sure I’d ever need it. I’m usually kind of back and forth about those things, especially because I was already thinking about the total cost and trying to get out of the mall before traffic got annoying. A few months later, I noticed one of the tiny stones felt loose, so I brought it back into the store. They checked it out, sent it off for repair, and I didn’t have to pay anything extra. It did take a little time to get it back, but I figured that would be the case. Overall, it was really easy and not a big hassle at all. Definitely glad I had the coverage. 5 stars from me.

I ordered a ring from zales during one of their promo sales, the discount made a big difference. I was also able to use a coupon code at checkout without any hassle, which was a nice surprise.

The ring looked just like the pictures and I’m happy with what I paid, but the waiting definitely got frustrating. Shipping wasn’t terrible, it just felt like it took longer than I expected, especially when I was excited to get it. I’d still check their sales again before buying jewelry, but I’d try to be more patient next time.

"Exchange worked out, but the waiting stuck with me"
I had to exchange a ring I bought from Zales, and in the end everything did get sorted out. I just remember feeling kind of anxious checking for updates and wishing the process moved a little faster. I stopped into Zales to check out a bracelet I had seen online, and overall it was a really good experience. The woman who helped me was friendly, patient, and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciated. I did have to wait a little while at the counter, but it wasn’t a big deal. I felt like I was treated and I’m happy with the bracelet I ended up buying.
